Power is shown as published. IT load and grid connection are different things, and every figure says which one it is when the source does. A grid connection is typically much larger than the IT load.
Location: when only the municipality is known, the dot sits on the municipality and is spread slightly so overlapping sites stay clickable. Sites whose location is not published are listed but not mapped.
Status is dated. A status is only as current as its "as of" date.
